The Lord is Raising up Benjamites – A Word
The Lord is raising up Benjamites. Benjamin was the last and youngest son of Jacob and a brother of Joseph who is a type of Christ. Why was Benjamin favored by Joseph? What was so special about Benjamin? The Benjamites represent the last generation - our generation.
Sunday, March 8th, 2009
I woke up one morning as the Lord was speaking to me about the Benjamites.
It's been a year now that I have the Benjamites on my heart. I remember the day I asked the Lord (whom Joseph is a picture of):
"Why did you give the Benjamites a larger portion of gifts than to all the other brothers?"
I will share with you a little about the Benjamites and what the Lord is speaking to me for our generation. I pray the Lord will speak to your heart.
Benjamin was Joseph's full brother from the same mother (Rachel). His mother suffered in her labor and died in his birth. She named him Ben-Oni (Son of My Suffering), but his father changed his name to Benjamin (Ben-Yamin בנימין– Son of My Right). Benjamin grew up without a mother who would protect him from his jealous brothers.
(Remember, his brothers hated his brother Joseph and now they know he is their father's beloved son).
He was the youngest son of Jacob and the one his brother Joseph longed to see after he had become second in command to the king. Joseph had seen his hungry brothers who had come to him for seeds. Why was his heart after Benjamin?
Yes, Benjamin and him were from the same mother; but still. There was something there between the two.
What is it about the Benjamites?
King Saul was a Benjamite;
Paul was a Benjamite;
Mordechai and Esther were Benjamites;
The Benjamites were mighty and powerful warriors. In the genealogy of the sons of Benjamin they are described as "… mighty men of valor, who were ready to go out with the army to war".
(1 Chronicles 7:11)
They were left handed and knew how to use the sword and their shields.
They were fierce and were compared to wolves who devour in the prophecy over their life "Benjamin is a ravenous wolf; In the morning he devours the prey, And in the evening he divides the spoil." (Genesis 49:27)
The Benjamites fought until death. In the book of Judges they were almost annihilated by their own brothers who said "Why, O LORD, God of Israel, has this come about in Israel, so that one tribe should be missing today in Israel?" (Judges 21:3)
This war happened because some Benjamites had raped the Levite's wife (a type of the Lord) and caused her death. After this horrendous incident the Levite ended up cutting his dead wife's body into twelve pieces and sent a piece of her body to each tribe in Israel. Imagine!!?? Cutting a dead body into pieces!! What's with that, Lord?
A piece of the Bride is in each tribe of Israel. Not all Israel is Israel. Meaning, not al of God's people are His people. Each tribe has a piece of the Body. This is the remnant the Lord always spoke about.
The entire nation of Israel went to war against the entire tribe of Benjamin because they refused to hand over their brothers who have committed this crime of rape.
Rape in the natural is known as forcing a person into an "intimate" relationship;
When a man rapes a woman he puts his seeds in her by force. The Bible says that the word is a seed.
Rape in the spirit means control, crossing boundaries, raping someone’s mind with seed (words) which might produce a bad fruit. This is what the snake did to Eve. When he lied to Eve he raped her mind with his words (seeds). He raped her with the false seeds he released and she received them and became an accuser, as he is.
Eve believed what he said to her and we know he pointed to her nakedness -something she's missing and lacking. She went pointing to her husband's nakedness and he believed the words. This is when God showed up asking Adam "Who told you that you were naked?" We know who it was. The wife!!
Whatever she believed, she fed him with and he ate the lies.
The Benjamites raped the Levite's wife. This means they used their strength, their own words (seeds) and by force they raped her all night. Their rape killed her. Meaning, the word they put in her killed her.
We know what kills in the Bible.... 2 Corinthian 3 teaches us that the letter (of the law) kills. It says that the ministry of the Law is a ministry of death and condemnation. Condemnation kills.
Therefore the seeds they raped the Levite's wife with were words of condemnation. The Benjamites had those amongst them who were ministers of the Law who brought condemnation and death.
The issue of control these rapists had represents the control of the mindset preachers of the law have over the Bride of the Lord.
Preaching the Law to the Bride of the Lord means raping her daily and causing her death.
The Benjamite was a tribe that had to win, even if they needed to die for it. They did not rape (force their words, mind, thoughts, teaching, preaching) in order to bear right fruit, but to bear a false fruit.
Some rapists are just interested in releasing their words (seeds) not for the purpose of bearing fruit, but for the pleasure of release without thinking about the consequences of their action. The same is in the Spirit realm.
God speaks to us about spiritual things through the natural world.
It's as if those Benjamite rapists and law preachers say: "Give me the Bride and let me preach condemnation, death, works, sin to her, and rape her mind with the Law to help her bear fruit."
Preachers of the law believe that by doing right one is right with God. They preach ways of "how to get right with God by performing better, giving more, doing more, changing your behavior and taking away your own sins.
So, the Lord gave them His bride who went like a sheep amongst wolves and her failures, weaknesses, mess, inadequacies attracted Accusers who love point to sin and tell you how much you're not good enough. Law preachers love showing you how much you don't measure up to the standard of the law and how much you still need to WORK in order to meet the standard. That's spiritual rape!
There was a problem in God's nation. He gave them His bride like a sheep laid to the slaughter and the preachers of death raped and killed her.
The main plan of these Benjamites was to kill the Levite, who is a type of the Lord, but they compromised for his wife, who is a type of His Bride.
The problem was that the entire tribe supported these mind rapists law keepers who sounded their own voice and caused death. The entire tribe came into agreement with the rape. This is the weakness of these Benjamites – they are under the law and know the preaching of the law even though it causes the Bride of the Lord death.
They also have a gift. They are mighty warriors and powerful. The weapons they use is the sword - words that come out of their tongue. It is very sharp and can wound and kill with one word of condemnation.
James wrote about the problem of the tongue and said "If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is worthless" (James 1:26).
James added and said "So also the tongue is a small part of the body, and yet it boasts of great things.... Who among you is wise and understanding?" (Read James 3:5-15)
The Benjamites represent the last generation of all the sons of Israel. I believe they represent our generation. A generation of people who live under the law, fed by it, and produces the fruit of it. It's a generation that walks condemned, a Bride that feels and thinks she is not good enough, cannot meet the standard of Christianity and Church lifestyle, and finds herself as an outcast.
It's a generation of Benjamites who fight their battles by drawing their swords (tongue) with words of accusation and condemnation that kills. We bless but we also feed others with the fruits of condemnation we ate and believed.
Our tongue praises the Lord but also blasphemes His name by what we speak over ourselves, our life, and who we are.
We protect ourselves with the Word, but then use our own words to kill steal and destroy.
You see, the Benjamites are mighty warrior, but they need to know how the use the Sword of the Spirit. The Spirit gives life. The ministry of the Spirit is ministry of Righteousness and not of condemnation. It's the Spirit of Liberty, and not of bondage to the law.
The Benjamites represent a generation that has built fortresses and strongholds around their mind and let no one in even when they're wrong.
It's a generation that struggles with control and manipulation (witchcraft); raping the minds of others with their seeds (words) and creating sons of hell as the Pharisses have done. The law produces slaves, but not Sons.
Only when the problem of the tongue is removed the ears will be opened to hear the voice of the Lord clearly:
"And his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was removed, and he began speaking plainly" (Mark 7:35).
When we start speaking Grace and not Law, righteousness and not condemnation - then our ears will be opened to hear the voice of Jesus and not the voice of Moses.
When the other voice of the Accuser who brings condemnation will be bridled, we will be able to discern between the voice of our Shepherd and the voice of the hireling Nanny/Tutor who is NOT our mother.
The Benjamites and Judah who lived on the other side of the Jordan were crushed by the Ammonites for many years:
(Judges 10:6-9) Then the sons of Israel again did evil in the sight of the LORD, served the Baals and the Ashtaroth, the gods of Aram, the gods of Sidon, the gods of Moab, the gods of the sons of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines; thus they forsook the LORD and did not serve Him. 7 The anger of the LORD burned against Israel, and He sold them into the hands of the Philistines and into the hands of the sons of Ammon. 8 They afflicted and crushed the sons of Israel that year; for eighteen years they afflicted all the sons of Israel who were beyond the Jordan (meaning the Benjamites and Judah) in Gilead in the land of the Amorites. 9 The sons of Ammon crossed the Jordan to fight also against Judah, Benjamin, and the house of Ephraim, so that Israel was greatly distressed.
Those who were afflicted by the Ammonites were all the sons of Israel who lived beyond the Jordan.
Then the Lord reveals to us who they were: Benjamites and Judah. It is not a coincident that the Benjamites lived in the land of the Amorites in Gilead. Why is it?
Amorites in Hebrew means Ones who Speak. Gilead is a place where the healing balm is:
(Jeremiah 8:20-22) "Harvest is past, summer is ended, And we are not saved." 21 For the brokenness of the daughter of my people I am broken; I mourn, dismay has taken hold of me. 22 Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then has not the health of the daughter of my people been restored?
The Benjamites and Judah were living in a place where there is a healing balm. A place where the Lord can heal them. It's like the Lord shows us they are INSIDE healing.
But they were also in the land of the Amorites who were enemies- amongst those who speak, but it's speaking deceit and not truth.
They were amongst those who speak their own words; who speak death, condemnation, guilt, shame, works, performance, and law.
The place where the Benjamites and Judah (last generation) were supposed to speak life, righteousness, grace, love and faith, and sow the Gospel of Grace, and bring His healing to many; became a place where they spoke and sowed deception, accusation, judgment, pointing to sin, focusing on works and bringing death.
"Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then has not the health of the daughter of my people been restored?"
God is not interested in many words; in worldly wisdom, in membership clubs, many programs, titles, credentials, or man made achievements.
As long as our generation speaks the mind of the law which is the system of the world, the word of the Kingdom is being silenced.
It is only when we learn to discern the Lord voice that His voice can be heard.
It's when the ministry of John the Baptist who is the prophet of the law gets decreased, that the ministry of Jesus and the ministry of the Spirit is increased.
The inner voice of the law we know in our flesh has to decrease, because the Lord is ushering the Ministry of Jesus for our generation.
This is why the Benjamites could not defeat the Jebusites from Jerusalem, and they live with them in their land (mind) until today.
"But the sons of Benjamin did not drive out the Jebusites who lived in Jerusalem; so the Jebusites have lived with the sons of Benjamin in Jerusalem to this day" (Judges 1:21).
One of the Benjamites' weaknesses is their inability to drive out the Jebusites (in Hebrew: ones who defeat) who live with them until this day in Jerusalem.
These Jebusites who defeated them represent the weakness in the Benjamite's life which they could not overcome – their own swords (words, preaching, teaching, doctrines) and weapons and strength could not defeat their enemies.
These Jebusites represent the Accuser who we need to learn to overcome. As long as we're trying to defeat the enemy who is an Accuser, we will be defeated. Once we walk with God in truth knowing our enemy HAS BEEN defeated at the cross, we will overcome him.
You see, we don't fight FOR victory. We fight FROM victory holding fast to who we ARE in Christ; to our position in Christ and who He is in us. And not looking at who we're not; what we cannot, what we're lacking, missing or failing to do. No longer looking at who people say we are, but who God says we are in Christ. It's not about who we're NOT; but about who Christ IS and He lives in us. We look at Him and not at who WE're not.
It is not a coincidence that Paul was a Benjamite. He was a murderer in his heart who killed many of God's children and was looking to destroy the Church (Bride) of the Lord. All for the sake of his own beliefs and man made religion. All Paul the Benjamite knew was the Law of the old covenant.
He believed he was coming against the Bride for God's sake and he didn't know he was following Moses. The Lord knocked him off his horse and revealed truth to him.
Paul was raised up as the first generation of Apostles after the Lord's resurrection represents our generation. God took him who was bound by the law, represented the law, and brought death by the law - and turned him around. As a Benjamite Paul was a warrior for the Lord using His Sword and Word of Truth to reach to his onw generation.
Paul who learned to hear the voice of Jesus and no longer follow Moses' voice gave his heart to the Lord and became a true warrior, speaking His voice and becoming a spiritual father to many.
It is not a coincidence that Paul even though the least of the Apostles became the one the Lord used to preach Grace to the nations.
The Benjamites are the last ones to come in and they are the ones who will bring many to the Kingdom.
They will lay down their own wisdom, knowledge, religion, power, might, strength, abilities and everything they thought they knew about God, and consider it all as rubbish.
God will transform them by revealing His gospel to them and send them as spiritual fathers to reach to many in this generation.
They will testify what they have seen and heard from the Lord; and He will reveal more to them.
The revelations they will bring will reveal the glory of Jesus as a Lover for our generation.
This is the calling of the Benjamites after the Lord knocks them off their horses and opens their eyes to see His truth:
"'The God of our fathers has appointed YOU (Yes! YOU!) to know His will and to see the Righteous One and to hear an utterance from His mouth. 15 'For you will be a witness for Him to all men of what you have seen and heard. (Acts 22:14-15)
We cannot be a generation who is divided amongst itself, but united together in the truth we have received from the Lord by a revelation.
Even if we know that others are following Moses instead of Jesus we need to know and be convinced in our hearts that the message we've received is the true Gospel and is the Way and the Life.
The house of Judah and Benjamin joined Solomon's son to fight against their own nation Israel who had rebelled against the house of David.
The Benjamites and Judah were actually increasing the division and the hatred in the nation. However, the Lord told them not to fight against their brothers Israel because it is the Lord who caused Israel to follow another king.
(1Kings 12:19) So Israel has been in rebellion against the house of David (type of Jesus) to this day. 20 It came about when all Israel heard that Jeroboam had returned, that they sent and called him to the assembly and made him king over all Israel. None but the tribe of Judah followed the house of David. 21 Now when Rehoboam (Solomon's son) had come to Jerusalem, he assembled all the house of Judah and the tribe of Benjamin, 180,000 chosen men who were warriors, to fight against the house of Israel to restore the kingdom to Rehoboam the son of Solomon. 22 But the word of God came to Shemaiah the man of God, saying, 23 "Speak to Rehoboam the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and to all the house of Judah and Benjamin and to the rest of the people, saying, 24 'Thus says the LORD, "You must not go up and fight against your relatives the sons of Israel; return every man to his house, for this thing has come from Me."'" So they listened to the word of the LORD, and returned and went their way according to the word of the LORD.
The reason Judah and Benjamin were assembled together to fight against Israel was to restore the kingdom of Solomon's son, but the Lord prevented them from fighting and restoring his kingdom.
(2 Chronichals 11:1-4) Now when Rehoboam had come to Jerusalem, he assembled the house of Judah and Benjamin, 180,000 chosen men who were warriors, to fight against Israel to restore the kingdom to Rehoboam. 2 But the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah the man of God, saying, 3 "Speak to Rehoboam the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and to all Israel in Judah and Benjamin, saying, 4 'Thus says the LORD, "You shall not go up or fight against your relatives; return every man to his house, for this thing is from Me."'" So they listened to the words of the LORD and returned from going against Jeroboam.
The Benjamites, the Levites and the tribe of Judah (in Hebrew:Jewish) were those who were exiled to Babylon – a place of Harlotry. Meaning they became harlots in their hearts.
The Benjamites were the ones who were loyal to king Saul who himself was a Benjamite, and they were against King David. Many of them hated David. However, the Bible tells us that a remnant from them returned to the house of David and followed him. (David is a type of Jesus the King). Why? Because a piece of the Bride is also in Benjamin.
(1 Chronicles 12:1-2) Now these are the ones who came to David at Ziklag, while he was still restricted because of Saul the son of Kish; and they were among the mighty men who helped him in war. 2 They were equipped with bows, using both the right hand and the left to sling stones and to shoot arrows from the bow; they were Saul's kinsmen from Benjamin.
The Bride of the Lord in our generation is a Benjamite warrior who needs to lay down her own carnal weapons and shields and pick up the Sword (Word) of Christ. She is returning to the ways of Grace and Truth and finding the Lord as her Lover.
A bride who needs to silence the voice of accusation in her and get out of the land of the Amorites (the ones who speak deception, preach law, teach the ministry of condemnation).
A bride who needs to hear the voice and the word of the Christ in order to drive out the Jebusites and the accuser from her life.
She needs to enter into her identity as Esther and find out she is chosen, and prepared for such a time as this to reach out to this generation.
She needs to know her position beside her King and the favor she has from Him at all time.
She needs to enter to that place of intimacy with her King and hear the voice of His prophets (Mordechai) speaking and directing her and calling for justice.
The Benjamites have a calling on their life. They are the Lord's mighty warriors and they need to exchange their worldly fleshy might of their voice which preaches the law and ministry of death, with the Lord's Gospel, Word, Grace, and the power of His voice.
The Lord is calling His Benjamite warriors who so fiercely draw their own words of condemnation which wound and kill, to bring forth His Word which heals and builds up.
These Benjamites will sit on the other side of the Jordan in Gilead a place of healing and refuse to use the voice of Moses, but will learn to hear and speak the voice of the resurrected Christ.
These mighty warriors will no longer face the enemy and turn their backs to the Lord, but learn to turn their face to the Lord and their back to the Accuser and the ministry of accusation. They will choose the ministry of righteousness, find their righteousness in Christ and be established firmly on Christ's righteousness alone.
They will turn their back to the voice of the law and as the woman with the issue of blood will break the law which bound them for years to teach His wings of Righteousness.
They will no longer come under the wings of the hireling Tutor-Law-Nanny; but under the Wings of the Holy Spirit as their mother.
They will return to their true calling like Paul and become the Lord's warriors and carriers of Truth and Love. They will lay down their own man made weapons and shields and learn to use the Lord's mighty weapons of righteousness.
The Benjamites sought their enemies and fiercely killed them. King Saul is an example of such a mighty warrior. However, King David who represents the Lord was mightier than Saul. It is the Lord who fought his battles. He faced the Lord and found much grace and favor.
The Lord said "Seek My face". He did not say "seek the face of your enemies". When we seek the face of our enemies we turn our back to the Lord. We are God seekers and we let Him fight our battles as we rest in Him.
(If) My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).
When we seek His face we remember His wonders, and the judgments from His mouth – He speaks to us so we can hear His voice.
"Glory in His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek the LORD be glad. Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face continually. Remember His wonderful deeds which He has done, His marvels and the judgments from His mouth, O seed of Israel His servant, Sons of Jacob, His chosen ones!" (1 Chronicles 16:10-13).
The Lord has told us who is that generation who will come up to His mountain: It is the generation that seeks His face (not someone else's face).
Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? And who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood And has not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from the LORD And righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face--even Jacob. (As a result of seeking His face, the King of glory will come in) Selah. Lift up your heads, O gates, And be lifted up, O ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in! (Psalms 24:3-7).
We do not want to find ourselves seeking God and finding His back turned to us because we follow a false god.
Mordechai and Esther were two Benjamites who represent those Benjamite warriors in the last generation. They became warriors because of WHO Esther KNEW. It's not by anything she has DONE, but because of her POSITION in Him as a King.
Yes, they are there with their brothers in a foreign land, in Babylon, in a place of harlotry. A place where the Accuser (Haman) came into a position of power and authority in the kingdom.
Yes, darkness grows and the Accuser receives power for a season. But at the same time the Bride is positioned in the Kingdom in a place of intimac with her King. She learns what it means to reign. She receives authority and power and great favor from her Beloved King. She comes under His protection and find out the favor He is about to give her.
There is a remnant in this Benjamite generation who is being brought to the King's palace for such a time as this to be prepared as the Bride. It's Holy Spirit preparation of baths of love, acceptance and beauty revealed.
It is not because of anything she has done, or rightly performing, but by the move of God. Their calling is to birth God's nation as His fear falls upon the nations and the Lord gathers them to Himself.
Some of these Benjamites have a Mordechai calling on their life. They are the ones who watch at the gate of the King's house. They have eyes to see, ears to hear and the discernment for the move of the Holy Spirit. They are a prophetic voice that speaks what they see and hear. They make sure the Bride, (Esther, whose name means: "I will Hide"), knows and understands what the Lord is doing and she will act upon it. They don't rape the Bride with what they hear and know, they have a relationship with her, they know her, respect her position and love her. They understand and respect her authority. They do not lord over her.
The Lord is going to send them as His voice to call their brothers from the highways and byways and brings them in. They are spiritual mothers and fathers who were nurtured by Grace and refused to follow the law, and they will birth God's spiritual children through the Gospel of Grace.
The Lord is calling His warriors to gather and come from all the tribes of Israel so He can train them and position them in their place because when they learn to fight battles with His Word of Grace and Truth and use the weapons of righteousness, these warriors will prepare for the coming of the King…
A remnant from the Benjamites with the other tribes helped bring the King back to Jerusalem and establish His Kingdom:
1Ch 12:21 They helped David against the band of raiders, for they were all mighty men of valor, and were captains in the army. 22 For day by day men came to David to help him, until there was a great army like the army of God. 23 Now these are the numbers of the divisions equipped for war, who came to David at Hebron, to turn the kingdom of Saul to him, according to the word of the LORD.
Let's read in context what the Lord is seeking in such a time as this in order to bring His Bride with an undivided heart and prepare her heart for the coming of the King so He could bring the Bride back from the other husband and establish His kingdom in Jerusalem.
**Replace the name David with Jesus as you read and you will be able to see the picture of the coming of the King.
(1Chronichles 12:1) Now these are the ones who came to David at Ziklag, while he was still restricted because of Saul the son of Kish: (Saul is the leader of those Benjamites who still rape and control by preaching the law of condemnation and sounding the voice of Moses, and restricting David from becoming King); and they: (the Benjamites) were among the mighty men who helped him in war. 2 They were equipped with bows, using both the right hand and the left to sling stones and to shoot arrows from the bow; they were Saul's kinsmen from Benjamin. 16 Then some of the sons of Benjamin and Judah came to the stronghold to David.: (David had found his stronghold in the Lord. He found the place of strength from which he came out as a King) 17 David went out to meet them, and said to them, "If you come peacefully to me to help me, my heart shall be united with you; but if to betray me to my adversaries, since there is no wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers look on it and decide." 18 Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, who was the chief of the thirty, and he said, "We are yours, O David, And with you, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to him who helps you; (the Benjamites come to David with peace in their hearts and in unity to join him) Indeed, your God helps you!" Then David received them and made them captains of the band. 19 From Manasseh also some defected to David when he was about to go to battle with the Philistines against Saul… 20 As he went to Ziklag there defected to him from Manasseh… captains of thousands who belonged to Manasseh. 21 They helped David against the band of raiders, for they were all mighty men of valor, and were captains in the army. 22 For day by day men came to David to help him, until there was a great army like the army of God. 23 Now these are the numbers of the divisions equipped for war, who came to David at Hebron, to turn the kingdom of Saul to him, according to the word of the LORD. 24 The sons of Judah who bore shield and spear were 6,800, equipped for war. 25 Of the sons of Simeon, mighty men of valor for war, 7,100... 29 Of the sons of Benjamin, Saul's kinsmen, 3,000; for until now the greatest part of them had kept their allegiance to the house of Saul. 30 Of the sons of Ephraim 20,800, mighty men of valor, famous men in their fathers' households. 31 Of the half-tribe of Manasseh 18,000, who were designated by name to come and make David king. 32 Of the sons of Issachar, men who understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their kinsmen were at their command. 33 Of Zebulun, there were 50,000 who went out in the army, who could draw up in battle formation with all kinds of weapons of war and helped David with an undivided heart.34 Of Naphtali there were 1,000 captains, and with them 37,000 with shield and spear. 35 Of the Danites who could draw up in battle formation, there were 28,600. 36 Of Asher there were 40,000 who went out in the army to draw up in battle formation. 37 From the other side of the Jordan, of the Reubenites and the Gadites and of the half-tribe of Manasseh, there were 120,000 with all kinds of weapons of war for the battle. 38 All these, being men of war who could draw up in battle formation, came to Hebron with a perfect heart to make David king over all Israel; and all the rest also of Israel were of one mind to make David king. 39 They were there with David three days, eating and drinking, for their kinsmen had prepared for them. 40 Moreover those who were near to them, even as far as Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, brought food on donkeys, camels, mules and on oxen, great quantities of flour cakes, fig cakes and bunches of raisins, wine, oil, oxen and sheep. There was joy indeed in Israel. 13:1 Then David consulted with the captains of the thousands and the hundreds, even with every leader. 2 David said to all the assembly of Israel, "If it seems good to you, and if it is from the LORD our God, let us send everywhere to our kinsmen who remain in all the land of Israel, also to the priests and Levites who are with them in their cities with pasture lands, that they may meet with us; 3 and let us bring back the ark of our God to us, for we did not seek it in the days of Saul."
(1Chronichles 13:4) Then all the assembly said that they would do so, for the thing was right in the eyes of all the people. 5 So David assembled all Israel together,(He gathered them in unity under his wings) from the Shihor of Egypt even to the entrance of Hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath-jearim. 6 David and all Israel went up to Baalah (in Hebrew: Her Husband), that is, to Kiriath-jearim, which belongs to Judah, to bring up from there the ark of God, the LORD who is enthroned above the cherubim, where His name is called. 7 They carried the ark of God on a new cart from the house of Abinadab, and Uzza and Ahio drove the cart. 8 David and all Israel were celebrating before God with all their might, even with songs and with lyres, harps, tambourines, cymbals and with trumpets….
(1 Chronicles 14:2-3) And David realized that the LORD had established him as king over Israel, and that his kingdom was highly exalted, for the sake of His people Israel. 3 Then David took more wives at Jerusalem, and David became the father of more sons and daughters (His seed increases and His Kingdom grows).

• Negative thinking - by knowing God sees our High Priest's mind and not theirs. They have the mind of Christ.
• The voice of the Accuser and his rape - by speaking the Lord’s truth as their Sword,
• Judgment – with grace and no condemnation,
• Offense – by knowing how much they're loved, and accepted,
• Hatred – by knowing the love of the Lord for them,
• Division and strife – by knowing the Lord as their peace.
• Harshness – by knowing the gentleness of the Lord,
• Anxiety and stress – by trusting the Lord's finished works, not their own performance. This will give them Peace and Rest.
• Fear – with His perfect love, power and sound mind revealed to them.
• Poverty, stinginess – by receiving abundance from the Lord, and seeing His generosity,
• Rejection – by knowing the Lord's adoption accepting them as His sons,
• Foolishness – by knowing the Lord is their wisdom,
• Deception and lies by knowing His Truth revealed to them,
• Depression – by experiencing the Lord's joy and gladness
• Adultery – by knowing His faithfulness for them,
• Chaos – by knowing He is not confused and He is perfect and complete,
• Impatience – by knowing His patience towards them,
• Sin and accusations of the enemy – by coming out of the law and no onger having sin consciousness. By knowing the blood of Jesus has cleansed them from all sin and they have been perfected and complete in Christ,
• Any accusation - by knowing as He is, so they are in this world; and it's no longer them who live but Christ who lives in them. God sees Christ in them and no longer who they are in the flesh.
Will you join the King and be His warrior for such a time as this?
Prayer - pray with me if you're lead:
Father, thank You that You are calling and gathering for Yourself an army of warriors who will come to You with an undivided heart to become Your warriors and prepare for the coming of Your Son and our King Jesus. Thank You for calling me as a Benjamite and helping me to no longer follow another king who chose sacrifice over hearing Your voice. Thank You for the Gospel of Grace and the gift of righteousness in Christ Jesus my Lord.
I ask You that Your voice will be heard through me and Your Bride.
Thank You that I am foriven of all my sins and I've been cleased by the blood of Jesus once and for all. Thank You that you have forgiven me for fighting my own battles and using my own carnal weapons, and for seeking the face of my enemy. Thank You that I will be able to hear Your voice and no longer follow the Law of sin and death, but Your Law of grace, love and liberty. Thank You for defeating the enemy on the cross and help me to live and enjoy the libery you dies to give me. Help me to live in the victory you have given me. I have a new heart and a new spirit and I have the mind of Christ. reveal his mind to me and help me see His glory so I can be transformed.
Lord, I cannot do it without You. Help me and Your Bride to worship You in Spirit and in True.
Father, I ask You to raise up a generation of warriors who will become mighty Benjamites and fight with Your powerful weapons of righteousness. Gather together Your warriors and Benjamites from all the tribes of Israel to come under Jesus' wings in unity and peace.
Father raise up Your prophetic voice through these Mordechaies who will watch at the gate of Your House, see and hear what You are saying, and speak it to Your Bride. Open Your Bride's womb and she will become a spiritual mother to many.
Align Your army and prepare our hearts for the coming of our King to bring Your power back to Jerusalem Your bride. Help us to silence the voice of the Accuser and any foreign sounds, and teach us to hear the voice of the resurrected Christ. We want to be sheep that hear our Shepherd's voice.
I pray and ask that in Your name Jesus who is my Lord and Savior.
Much love

The concubine in Judges 19-21 is likey a reverse analogy of Jesus. A concubine is an eartly woman who belongs to a man and inherits nothing from him, whereas, conversely, Jesus is a heavenly man, who belongs to God, and inherits everything from him. God so out threw Jesus out of heaven and locked the door so that Jesus would die at the hands of evil men. The "change of heart" of the House of Israel likely represents the Pharisee Saul turned Apostle Paul who starts the Gentile churches who become the surrogate Brides of Christ (kidnapped wives).
ReplyDeleteI believe the Lord led me to read what the Holy Spirit spoke to & put on your heart to deliever to the children of God. I thank God for it, & for all those who are willing to hear, know, & follow the voice of the Lord.

Hello Elana. My name’s Nataliya. Your revelation on Benjamites was the word I needed at the time. I am very grateful. Praise the Lord for the help we receive on our way home to Him! For a while I was looking into my sin through visions and contemplation. The final understanding came from the word of your revelation and thank you for sharing it with all. It is not easy to see one’s mind with one’s own mind but when the Lord forgives we need just to hear what He says to us. My readings from the Holy Book were selective. When I started to read it thoroughly from the very beginning, eventually “I was ready” to perceive some of its magnificent truths. I was looking for a little help from the Internet to understand some historical events and people, and I’ve found your article. It was like electricity struck through my heart. I was liberated from my deep and, I felt, old sin – “foreign enemy” through the word of God and fire of your love to Him. Thank you from my heart. Seeing the truth about ourselves set us free. Praise the Lord! Elana, first I’ve read your article and have had a powerful experience. Then - about you, and again I felt a delightful teary stroke in my heart. I love your story as I see a brave soul, faithful to the Lord, among our so confused minds. Thank you and let Peace of God be always with you and your family!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your words on this matter. The Lord pointed me to the Benjamites' calling though a dream, and this blog post helped me understand it. I dreamt "Shim la chema" (Benjamite, not wrath), which to me makes perfect sense in The context of the above text. I believe The Lord is calling Benjamites to step forward; in grace, not in their wrath.
