You Search the Scriptures Looking for Me But I am right Here in Front of You

You Search the Scriptures Looking for Me But I am right Here in Front of You I had such a personal revelation of what Jesus meant when He said: "You have your heads in your Bibles constantly because you think you'll find eternal life there. But you miss the forest for the trees. These Scriptures are all about me! (40) And here I am, standing right before you, and you aren't willing to receive from me the life you say you want.” John 5:39-40 MSG Have you ever sat in the same room with a person you love and the distance between you is small, but the heart distance is the greatest distance you’ve ever felt? They’re doing their thing, writing, studying, sharing, creating new online relationships, while Jesus (in you) is sitting right there, as close as possible,… and they can’t see Him. They think there is life somewhere else and cannot see it’s as close as can be. If they could only see love. When Jesus talked about not willing to receive from Him the life that they said they wanted; He meant that life they wanted is - Love. Jesus tried to communicate with the people around Him, saying… "You are mistaken, not understanding the Scriptures nor the power of God." Mat 22:29 The people He tried to communicate with never understood what the writings were all about. They kept analyzing the writings, researching, looking, trying to find a revelation and then write about it, or preach it the next day. Nor could they understand what the power of God is about – it’s the power of love). It’s the power of love that raised Him from the ashes. He had to explain to the guys from Emmaus about Himself because they too could not see what He is all about. But when He spoke to them about Himself; when He spoke the language of love; when He revealed Himself as a Lover - their hearts were burning within them when He spoke. He revealed Himself to them and they could see themselves in Him. Luk 24:27 Then beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures. Luk_24:32 They said to one another, "Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?" I always wondered why god gave Adam a wife as a helper. I never realized there was a reason why God told the man “it’s not good for you to be a lone”. Because God knew man needed a Mirror to look at so she could remind them who they are. He knew the woman can help keep their hearts awake. That’s why the snake attacked the woman. If she’s not there for the man, he would be alone. But if the man tries to find life/love in a book, online, or in writings, he will never find it there. He would be alone deceiving himself that there is life there. And here I am, standing right before you, and you aren't willing to receive from me the life you say you want.” “To love is to live. To live is to love. Embrace both radically and fully, and live the abundant life - full of genuine.” Mick Mooney

  1. Hello Elana. My name’s Nataliya. Your revelation on Benjamites was the word I needed at the time. I am very grateful. Praise the Lord for the help we receive on our way home to Him! For a while I was looking into my sin through visions and contemplation. The final understanding came from the word of your revelation and thank you for sharing it with all. It is not easy to see one’s mind with one’s own mind but when the Lord forgives we need just to hear what He says to us. My readings from the Holy Book were selective. When I started to read it thoroughly from the very beginning, eventually “I was ready” to perceive some of its magnificent truths. I was looking for a little help from the Internet to understand some historical events and people, and I’ve found your article. It was like electricity struck through my heart. I was liberated from my deep and, I felt, old sin – “foreign enemy” through the word of God and fire of your love to Him. Thank you from my heart. Seeing the truth about ourselves set us free. Praise the Lord! Elana, first I’ve read your article and have had a powerful experience. Then - about you, and again I felt a delightful teary stroke in my heart. I love your story as I see a brave soul, faithful to the Lord, among our so confused minds. Thank you and let Peace of God be always with you and your family!
